  • 75 minutes will be spent in the gym playing fun, organized games tailored to your group.

  • 45 minutes are spent in one of our fun party area for refreshments and opening presents. You can bring cake and ice cream, drinks, pizza or other treats. Gymco even has a refrigerator and freezer available for your use!

  • At the end of the party, each guest will receive an Open Gym coupon, and your child will get a special gift from Gymco!

Your two-hour party will be directed and supervised by our energetic and professionally-trained staff. We customize each party to the age and gender of our guests. Have a theme or a special request? Just let us know when you book your party!

Reservations

It’s easy to reserve your party. Our office staff will contact you and let you know what dates are available and answer any questions. Birthday party dates fill up fast, so now’s the time to get your party on the books.

  • Due to the popularity of our parties, we recommend scheduling your party at least two months in advance
  • Payment is due when you reserve your date
  • Gymco’s guest count includes all individuals that enter the gym, including the birthday child (parents and adults may join the party without entering the gym)

Pricing

Gymco birthday party pricing is based on the number of guests:

  • 1-12 Guests: $200, or $175 for Gymco members
  • 13-18 Guests: $345, or $275 for Gymco members
  • 19-24 Guests: $455 or $355 for Gymco members

Transfer/Cancellation Policy

There is a $25 fee for date transfers and a $50 fee for cancellations with less than two weeks notice.

Let us know which dates you have in mind, or the weeks you would like your party.
If we know the age or range of ages, we'll be able to customize your party to suit your group. If it's all ages, that's great too, just let us know.
You don't have to be a Gymco member to have a party, but if you are, you will get a discount!
Adult family & friends are welcome to join the fun in the gym, but since Gymco's parties are fully-staffed, it's up to you. Usually, the host adults watch the active gym time from the lobby then join the group for cake & presents. Typically parents of party guests drop off and pick up. If you DO plan to have adults in the gym, please add them to your party guest total.
