We have so much fun with themed activities each month at Gymco’s Kids’ Night Out! It’s 4 hours and includes active free playtime and games in the gym, a craft, fun activities based on the themes & pizza for dinner, sign up before it sells out!

Cartwheel Clinic
Give your child the thrill of doing a great cartwheel! Gymco’s cartwheel clinic is 1 1/2 hours of cartwheel instruction, including tips, positive feedback, and practice in a safe, supportive environment. Your child will be proud to show you what he or she has learned after just one clinic!

Back Handspring Clinic
This clinic is 2 hours of back handspring instruction, progressions, tips, feedback, and practice in a safe, supportive environment.

Front Flip Clinic
Your child can learn how to defy gravity and fly through the air! Kids learn skills & progressions in Gymco’s safe, supportive environment. Front flips are a super-cool skill for swimming & diving (think the lake this summer!). Front flips are used in gymnastics, wrestling, football, dance, backyard fun, or any sport where a body might fly through the air. Kids who know how to flip increase their confidence and just plain have more fun!

Handstand Clinic
During this 1 ½ hour clinic, students will receive step-by-step instruction, feedback, and lots of practice to get that handstand down! And we have space and the soft landing to make learning safe, easy & fun.
