About Tumbling
What’s the difference between tumbling class and gymnastics class? Gymnastics students learn and perform skills on equipment like the uneven bars, rings, vault and balance beam as well as floor exercises. Where Tumbling is a form of gymnastics that is performed on the floor or on a trampoline, it’s commonly known as floor gymnastics. Tumbling skills are learned using equipment like foam pits, wedges, trampolines, spotting blocks, spring floors and mats. At Gymco, our Tumbling and Gymnastics students gain coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, agility and endurance while also developing strong arms, legs, shoulders, back and abdominal muscles.

- Handstands
- Cartwheels
- Round offs
- Back walkovers
- Front handspring
- Back handsprings
- Back tucks
- Aerials
Students learn so much in just an hour a week with expert advice, feedback, tips and practice time.

CLASS SCHEDULE
You can join an available class at any time during the session. If a class is full, we can add you to the waitlist and notify you when there is an opening. The monthly tuition for each class is listed below. An annual membership fee is also required for class enrollment at Gymco.
