Let us do all the work while you enjoy your child’s special day! We handle set-up, clean-up, event planning, paper products and balloons. We even provide the invitations — all you have to do is send them!
Your 2 hour party will be directed and supervised by our energetic and professionally trained staff. We customize each party to the age and gender of our guests. Activities might include:
- Rock Wall
- Obstacle Courses
- Relay Races
- Big Trampoline
- Slam Dunk Basketball

We spend 1 hour, 15 minutes of fun, organized games and activities in the gym. The next 45 minutes are spent in one of our special party rooms for refreshments and opening presents. You can bring cake and ice cream, drinks, pizza or other treats. Gymco has a refrigerator and freezer available for you to use.
Each child receives a helium balloon and an Open Gym coupon.
We also do theme parties! Princess, superheroes, pirates and more! We decorate and put together a special afternoon of activities and games to fit your child’s dream.
Due to the popularity of our parties, we recommend scheduling your party at least two months in advance. Payment is due when you book.
Available days/times of birthday parties:
Weekdays: 9:30-11:30am or 1:30-3:30pm for 12 guests
Fridays: 4:00-9:00pm in any 2 hour increment
Saturdays: 2:00-4:00pm, 4:30-6:30pm, 7:00-9:00pm
Pricing (full payment is due at the time of booking):
- 1-12 Guests: $144 members, $180 nonmembers
- 13-18 Guests: $216 members, $270 nonmembers
- 19-24 Guests: $288 members, $360 nonmembers
- 25-30 Guests: $360 members, $450 nonmembers
- 31-36 Guests: $432 members, $540 nonmembers
$20 extra charge for Themed Birthday Parties. Gymco has two party rooms. Please check with the office to see your party room!
Transfer / cancellation policy: $10 admin fee for date transfers, $25 admin fee for cancellations with less than two weeks notice.
