gymco’s after school program
Daily Schedule
- Gym time: 45 minutes. After a long day in the classroom, Open Gym provides the perfect opportunity to play and have some fun!
- Snack: 15 minutes. Gymco has many healthy snacks that range from dried fruit to edible play dough!
- Homework time: 45 minutes. In order to free up evening family time, children receive the help and motivation from our staff to complete all or most of their homework.
- Game time: 60 minutes. This time is spent either in the gym or outside playing games and/or working on sports skills.
We also provide transportation* from East Grand Rapids Elementary Schools! We currently pick up from Ridge Park Elementary, Wealthy Elementary and Lakeside Elementary. Is your child’s school not on this list? Ask us about adding it!
Registration Information
Minimum of two days per week
- $17 per day ($85 per week)*
- A credit card must be on file for automatic payment at the end of each week
- Parents will receive a handbook that includes a contract that must be signed and returned to Gymco’s front office before their children can participate in the after school program.
- Families are not charged when a child is sick or absent from school.
- If your school has a holiday break or day off, check out our daycamps!
*Please Note :: Effective January 2012, there will be a $2/day charge for Afterschool Program Transportation. The total program cost will be $19 per day ($95 per week) WITH transportation. (Ridge Park Elementary is exempt from this increase). Please contact us if you have any questions.
